- Do you keep my PDFs?
- No. We process files in-memory and purge any temporary buffers within 15 minutes. Nothing is indexed or reviewed by humans.
- How many files can I merge?
- Up to 25 PDFs at a time with a combined size under 200 MB. Single files must be under 50 MB.
- Is there a limit on usage?
- The core merger is free during beta. Volume plans and advanced features (split, compress, annotate) are planned—subscribe for updates.
- How fast will support reply?
- Launch week responses land within 4 business hours (09:00–21:00 IST). After launch we reply within one business day, Monday–Friday.
- Can I report a problem anonymously?
- Yes. Use the feedback form linked in the footer or email us from an alias—just include steps to reproduce so we can act quickly.
